WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK MY PARTY?
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to officially book a party. The remaining balance is due the day of your party. Your credit card will be charged for the full remaining balance.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK?
To ensure your preferred party date and time, we strongly recommend you book no later than two weeks ahead of time. Parties that book within two weeks of their desired party date must pay the entire balance at time of booking.
WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE FOR THE PARTY?
Parties should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
WHAT IF WE ARE LATE?
Parties that arrive more than 10 minutes late may not receive the full hour. Late parties (more than 10 minutes late) wishing to receive the full hour are subject to a $50 additional charge pending teacher and studio availability. Once your party is over, prompt departure is appreciated as a courtesy to other parties. If you think your group will want more time, the studio is available for rental (see below).
The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations. If a cancellation occurs a week before the party, your deposit will be held. If your cancellation occurs 72 hours before the party, you will be charged half of your remaining balance. If you cancel the day of the party, you will be charged the full remaining balance.
NO SHOW POLICY
If for some reason your party does not show up to the studio on the day of your party, you will be charged in full. You will not be refunded. This is a private party and we are not booking any other parties during your party time. The studio is holding that time open for your party and the teacher is blocking time out of her schedule for your party.
Please confirm your attendance with your party planner 2 days before the party. Payment is based on the attendance provided. There will be no adjustments for absences.
CAN WE HAVE EXTRA TIME?
If you’d like a little extra time for snacks, drinks (BYOB), or gifts, the studio can be rented for $75 for 30 minutes and $100 for an hour. Parties are responsible for providing anything they might need. (cups, plates, napkins, etc)
Parties renting the studio for additional time must pay a refundable $50 cleaning deposit. The cleaning deposit will be returned within one week of your party, as long as the studio is left clean. Broken or damaged belongings in the studio will result in no refund of the cleaning deposit and are subject to overage charges.
CAN WE BRING DRINKS?
BYOB only if you are renting the space for extra time. If you are bringing drinks, please bring PLASTIC cups.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR? IS THERE A PLACE TO CHANGE?
Your group can dress for however the class fits in to your entire day/evening. The majority of our groups come dressed to go out after their burlesque workshop. Heels or bare feet are fine. There is a powder room in the studio as well.
CAN WE TAKE PICTURES?
Yes, you are welcome to take pictures during your workshop. We will also take pictures with you and of you. Please ask permission of each teacher before taking video.
