Want to get a great workout and perfect your burlesque moves at the same time? Tease ‘n’ Tone will get you moving, toning and glowing!
Michelle L’amour’s acclaimed “Tease-N-Tone” class shows you how to work your body like a burlesque beauty in a way that makes exercising both fun and sexy. You will learn low-impact burlesque cardio routines and then tone and stretch at the end of class. Please wear gym shoes and bring a mat. Register for one class or register for all 4 here.
