Speakeasy Sunday happens every Sunday at the Everleigh Social Club, right across the hall from Studio L’amour. There’s a live band and improvisational burlesque performed by the Chicago Starlets and guests. It’s only $10 ($5 with password) and BYOB. It’s the perfect way to end the weekend or start your week!

What will be provided:
- False eyelashes and eyelash glue
- Eyeshadow primer
- Mirrors, tables
- Makeup sponges, Q-tips, moisturizer, makeup wipes
What you should bring:
- Black liquid eyeliner (or a black eyeliner pencil if you are not comfortable with liquid eyeliner, though it is highly recommended for this look!)
- 2 to 4 neutral, matte eyeshadows. One light color, one medium, one dark.
- Basic brush set, every girl should have one! If you do not, see shopping suggestions below.
- Pink or peachy pink blush
- Red lipstick (optional red lipliner)
- Foundation and concealer that match your skin tone
- Mascara
- Loose or pressed powder
OPTIONAL:
- Bronzer or contour powder
- Makeup glitter for burlesque look, eyes and lips
Shopping Suggestions:
Sephora and Ulta are great stores for most makeup needs. My recommendations for products that you may not have are:
Brush set – Sephora Collection – 5 brushes for $32 OR Sephora Collection Perfect Ten Brush Set for $60. You can also find more affordable sets at any CVS or Ulta.
Liquid Eyeliner – Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner for $20, Kat Von D Tattoo Liner Pen for $18, or Almay Eyeliner Liquid Line for about $8
Neutral eyeshadows – NYX makes several good eyeshadow trios that can be found at Ulta for about $8 each. MAC has a great variety of neutral eyeshadows.
Red lipstick – Some of my favorites are MAC Russian Red, MAC Ruby Woo, MAC Viva Glam I, Make Up For Ever Rouge Artist Intense in #8
