Michelle L’amour will be doing a WORLD premiere act and The Chicago Starlets will be doing 2 new group acts. Solos will be performed by Kami Oh, Vivian Velvet, Lily Bloom, Stella LaRocque, May Oui and Studio L’amour instructors Lady Ginger and Frenchie Kiss! There will also be variety acts like beat box sensation, Yuri Lane, and comedy duo, Parker and Seville. BIG SEXY SHOW also stars Hot Toddy, King of Burlesque 2009. We are doing 2 shows on February 11th, 8:30pm and 11pm at the Music Box Theatre. Tickets are $25 or 2 for $40 in advance. There are VIP tickets for $100 that include preferred seating and a bottle of champagne. Drinks will be available in the lobby of the Music Box Theatre, an addition we are all very excited about! The NEW 4 WEEK BASIC SESSION begins the week of Feb. 6. Basic Burlesque is REQUIRED before taking any other class at Studio L’amour. It can be done in tandem with Tease & Tone and beg/int if that works best in your scheduling. [Registration] available now!

Studio L’amour will be on winter break until Jan. 8, 2012. Classes begin on Jan. 9th and [registration] is available for all classes. Please note, that the fan dancing class and Tease & Tone on Mondays is SOLD OUT. Tease & Tone is also offered on Thursdays at 6:15. Props for beg/int and int/adv will be boas, gloves, and bra.

And now, it’s time for TEASE the Season - Dec. 10 – Martyrs

Starting the night off is the Studio L’amour student show, where ladies will be performing burlesque in front of an audience for the first time! This year, we’ve got Ray Ray Sunshine, May Oui, Sophia Hart, Ria Veneto, Dorian Ames, Stephanie Hawking, Elle Nouveau, Phaedra Black, DeVaughn Dior, and Stacia Dahl!

Then it’s time for the Chicago Starlets to take the stage. They’ll be back with their holiday group act classics and solos performed by Frenchie Kiss, Honey Halfpint, Nora Gretz, Lady Ginger, Vivian Velvet, Kami Oh and Ivy Fabulous! All hosted by NYC’s Bastard Keith. And, you think that’s enough? No! Not enough! We’ve got L’amourchestra providing some great jazz and a Studio L’amour holiday party after the show! Wow!
